CLASSES OFFERED AT KMDI
With nearly 100 classes every week, KMDI has developed a range of Krav Maga classes that will allow you to work on different self-defence techniques, on your cardio and muscle building, and on your fighting skills. We now have 8 different types of classes taught in both our Surry Hills and Bondi Junction venues.
KRAV MAGA CLASSES
Specifically designed for people who are trying Krav Maga for the first time; this class focuses on the basic techniques and concepts of Krav Maga. It will prepare you for joining our beginner’s classes.
Here you will build foundations in striking, fighting on the ground, release from common chokes and holds as well as defences against knives and sticks. After 4-6 months in the beginners class you can expect to test for Fighter Level 1.
SHE FIGHTS BACK*
A strictly women's only class modelled off our hugely successful SFB Workshop program. Learn the importance of situational awareness, de-escalation techniques, and the fundamental fighting techniques to use against a larger attacker.
Fighter Level 1 and above. After 6-12 months in the intermediate class you can expect to test for Fighter Level 2.
Weapons in Street Environment. This class is dedicated to practicing fighting against an armed attacker within realistic drills and simulations.
Krav Maga Combatives class. Striking is the foundation of Krav Maga (punches, kicks, elbows & knees). This is a cardio intense striking class that revolves around pad work & combinations.
This is a fighting class dedicated to full contact sparring. Full head and body protection gear is compulsory and participants are required to have graded the Fighter 1 level.
Not your average fitness class. Dedicated to functional fitness, our instructors will have you flipping truck tires, swinging sledge hammers, swinging battle ropes. If you want to get fit and fast this is the class for you.
