Foundations Course

In this short course, students learn the basics of Krav Maga and are prepared for joining our upper level classes.  For more information click here

KM1 – Intermediate level 1

Upon completion of the “Foundations Course” students can start training at the KM1 level. In this class, students will continue to review and sharpen skills learned in the Foundations Course, as well as learn additional combatives, fighting tactics, and defensive techniques against grabs, strikes and weapons. At this level, students learn how to deal with an attacker on the ground and how to fight effectively against multiple opponents. Training includes a wide variety of realistic training simulations and drills. Students who train two to three times per week should expect to be ready to test for KM level 2 in three months.

KM2 – Intermediate level 2

Upon completion of KM level one, students will test into KM level 2. In these classes you will focus on the refinement of your Krav Maga skills and move beyond the basics. You will add even more skills to your arsenal and learn how to deal with many more varied and complex problems.  Topics include defending guns, sticks, knives and broken glass; fighting armed attackers who are alone or in a group; you will learn to utilise common objects for self defence and how to apply advanced Krav Maga tactics. At his level, we will be working with you helping you advance through the levels of P2 to G1.

KMC – Krav Maga Conditioning

If you want to get fit and fast – this one is for you. Krav Maga Conditioning is a fitness class run by our certified CROSS-FIT trainer. Every week there is a different workout. It focuses on building up your overall strength, stamina and power. You will learn to use low tech training methods to achieve maximum results and correct usage of kettlebells andwell as other training tools. You will also learn how to build effective training programs for yourself. These training sessions are a great supplement to your regular Krav Maga training and much more fun and rewarding then going to the gym. Be prepared to work hard, build up a good sweat and walk out with a big smile on your face.
