Self-defence has become more of a necessity than an option in today’s society. With the rapid growth of technology, not only are teenagers not getting enough active training, they are exposed to a wider array of potential dangers and negative influence. Getting into Krav Maga can help teenagers develop the right principles and values, whilst learning how to defend themselves and stand up for others.

At KMDI, we understand that Krav Maga is not just about self-defence. It is also about shaping character, morals and self-esteem. We teach teenagers the importance of hard work, dedication, courage and persistence, all of which are essential when learning how to navigate the world. Through a community of like-minded peers, the formation of life-long friendships are vital to the inherent social growth of a child.

The KDMI Kids and Teen Program is headed by Ron Engelman, who currently possess more than 20 years’ of experience in teaching/training Krav Maga, our kids and teen program specialises in guiding children through an unforgettable journey of self-defence, life skills and empowerment.
