Welcome to the Core Skills Program, a cutting-edge Krav Maga training program developed in collaboration with Krav Maga Israel. This 18-week program is designed to take you from a beginner to an intermediate level, providing you with a solid foundation in Krav Maga.

The Core Skills Program is unique, offering a structured and comprehensive approach to Krav Maga training. Over the course of 16 one-hour classes, you'll learn the 22 core techniques of Krav Maga. These techniques are divided into specific lessons, each focusing on a different aspect of Krav Maga, from striking and blocking to self-defence and ground techniques.

What makes this program truly special is its flexibility. The lessons can be completed in any order, allowing you to progress at your own pace and according to your own schedule. This ensures that you can fully absorb and master each technique before moving on to the next.

CORE SKILLS SCOPE

1. Fighting Stance and Footwork: You'll start with the basics, learning the correct fighting stance and footwork. This forms the foundation for all the techniques you'll learn later.

2. Striking Techniques: This includes a variety of punches (Jab, Cross, Hook, Uppercut), Palm Strikes, Elbow Strikes, Hammer Strikes, and Knee Strikes. You'll also learn how to effectively kick to the groin.

3. Defensive Techniques: You'll learn the 360-degree block for defending against circular strikes, and how to defend against straight punches from the inside.

4. Choke Escapes: This includes how to escape from front chokes, side chokes, and rear chokes.

5. Headlock Escape: You'll learn how to escape from a headlock, a common attack in street fights.

6. Ground Techniques: This includes how to fall safely (Back Fallbreak), how to get up safely, and how to defend yourself when on the ground. You'll learn how to escape from chokes when you're on your side, in the guard position, or in the full mount position. You'll also learn offensive and defensive striking techniques when on the ground.

7. Defending Against Weapons: You'll learn how to defend against knife attacks and baseball bat attacks.

8. Multiple Attackers: You'll learn tactical movement and drills for dealing with multiple attackers.

9. Ground & Pound: This is an offensive strategy used in MMA that involves taking an opponent to the ground, gaining a dominant position, and then striking the opponent.

By the end of the Core Skills Program, you'll have a solid foundation in these skills and techniques, equipping you with the knowledge and confidence to defend yourself and others.
