This program focuses on teaching self defence skills while nurturing important traits, life skills and fitness habits.
We teach proven self defence techniques and tactics to help develop confidence for coping with confrontations, including bullying and unwanted approaches from strangers. Training is programmed to make the fitness component and techniques fun and engaging.
Krav Maga training aids in the development of confidence, self-discipline, focus, awareness and respect for ourselves and those around us. Developing these characteristics is a key element of the training and is important for successfully overcoming challenges in training as well as in life.
By Training Krav Maga we learn the power of determination and resilience. From time to time we get knocked down, but we always get back up fighting. Training improves our fitness levels and hones our ability to overcome obstacles both physical and mental.
