Going on Break
2 weeks notification is required to suspend an account.
Accounts can be put on break for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 8 weeks. There is no charge for going on break.
Break requests must be completed using the online break form. Email, phone and in person requests will not be actioned.

All clients must complete an Pre-Exercise Health Questionnaire before attending their first class or training event: https://kravmagadefenceinstitute.formstack.com/forms/health_form
If you have an existing medical condition that may be worsened by Krav Maga training you will be required to present a medical clearance certificate from your doctor before you will be permitted to participate in training.
All membership and workshop payments are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend an event due to personal or medical reasons, Krav Maga Defence Institute at our discretion may offer a credit to be used for classes.
Membership Payments and Direct Debit
All KMDI membership payments are recurring and on a fortnightly basis. Ezidebit DDR Agreement: www.kmdi.com.au/ezidebit-ddr-service-agreement
It is the responsibility of the client to cancel or suspend their membership using the online forms in the event that they wish to terminate or suspend their membership.
The client acknowledges that if a debit is reversed by their financial institution, a chargeback payment fee (of $44) is payable by the client for each reversed transaction. The client is also responsible for any fees and charges applied by Ezidebit or their financial institution for each unsuccessful debit attempt together with any collection fees, including but not limited to any solicitor fees and/or collection agent fee as may be incurred by Ezidebit or KMDI.
The client authorises KMDI to attempt to re-process any unsuccessful payments.

Cancelation requests must be completed using the online cancelation form. Email, phone and in person requests will not be actioned.
There are no cancelation fees however, negative account balances must be paid before an account can be cancelled.
Membership accounts can not be suspended during the notification period.
A minimum of 24h notice is required to cancel a Private Training class otherwise the full fee will be applied.
Changes to the Class Timetable
The KMDI timetables are subject to change.
The best way to stay informed is to subscribe to the KMDI mailing list. Timetable changes will be announced in classes and displayed in the Club and the Krav Maga Defence Institute website.

Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately and will be notified by email.
